Dr. Albrecht Vorster
Dr. Albrecht Vorster is a sleep researcher at the Sleep Center of the University Hospital Marburg (UKGM) and one of Germany’s leading experts in applied sleep science. His work focuses on improving sleep quality for hospital patients as well as high-performance teams in sports and business.
He is the author of Why We Sleep (2019) and developed the concept for the 7Schläfer app, which has been reimbursed by German health insurance providers since 2020, helping thousands of people each year achieve more restful sleep.
Dr. Vorster combines scientific excellence with practical, evidence-based solutions. His keynote presentations translate the latest sleep research into actionable strategies for better sleep, enhanced performance, and long-term health.
