Most transformations fail because they neglect the culture, the people and their emotions.

We guide companies through long-term organisational development processes that evolve strategy, culture and leadership at the same time.

The starting point is usually an evidence-based analysis. It forms the basis on which precisely tailored interventions are designed, and whose effectiveness is reviewed throughout the process through progress measurements.

We only accept a mandate when the board and top management are a credible part of the movement. In doing so, we work with leaders as the transmission belt for change. Our interventions stir emotions and activate participants’ intrinsic readiness to change, rather than lecturing them. With innovative, scalable formats, we carry the movement throughout the organisation and turn leaders into authentic ambassadors.

Far too often, culture is something companies try to guess. The cryptic results of the annual employee survey or isolated voices from town halls are frequently the best data points available.

Our digital leadership and culture formats support this mammoth task on the job and keep change actively in motion. A virtual JENEWEIN facilitator guides participants through the chosen content and ensures that, even in a hectic everyday routine, the emotional momentum of the initiative is not lost.

Leaders running the workshop, in turn, benefit from minimal preparation time, consistent knowledge transfer without loss in translation, and a trackable implementation.

Curjos

To make personal development as a leader efficient, focused and motivating, we created Curjos – our own digital learning platform for leaders. It enables participants to train high-performance culture in concise workouts.

After a status-quo analysis, participants create their own individual, adaptive training plan. They set their own goals, learn when their mind and calendar allow, and keep a constant eye on their progress.
