What Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Jenewein set in motion, we develop further as a team, day after day – today with an impact felt across more than 50 countries.

Founded by Prof. Dr Wolfgang Jenewein, the consultancy JENEWEIN grew out of leadership research at the University of St Gallen – and out of 25 years working with the top leadership teams across the DACH region.
Today, a team of doctorate-level experts and international partners carry this mindset forward. A globally active team works on what makes strategy effective in the first place: mindset, leadership, culture. That is how «Places of Work» become «Places of Joy and Performance».
