Entrepreneur & Extreme Mountaineer
«You always have an impact and you can always make a difference.»
Benedikt Böhm
Since June 2025, Benedikt Böhm has been CEO of Lupine, the premium manufacturer of headlamps and bike lights – «Made in Germany». Before that, he led the Dynafit brand for over 22 years, taking it from insolvency to becoming the world market leader in ski touring equipment. At Lupine, his goal is to make the brand synonymous with the best light in the wilderness.
Alongside his role as an entrepreneur, Böhm is an extreme ski mountaineer. In his gripping keynotes, he draws a connection between the «death zone» of the highest mountains and the challenges faced within companies. «Shaping Leaders» – Böhm shows how clarity, courage, risk management, and responsibility emerge under extreme conditions and redefine leadership.
He studied in the USA and England, but the most important impulses for his management career came from extreme environments, where decisions are made between life and death. He is also active as a WWF ambassador and founder of the Helping Band brand, which is dedicated to protecting nature and marine conservation areas.
