Partner & Senior Speaker at JENEWEIN
«Katharina brings scientific depth, inspiration and an infectious energy – along with that clarity that genuinely moves a group forward. She senses what’s happening within a team before anyone puts it into words. And she pours so much heart into her work – when she’s there, she’s truly there.»
Jonas Halder
(Managing Director at JENEWEIN) about Dr Katharina Rege
Dr Katharina Rege learned what performance-driven, people-focused leadership really means not in a lecture hall – but on a cross-country ski track. As a former biathlete, she experienced first-hand what truly moves people: a coach who demands and supports in equal measure. «Speng, my coach, brought real order to the place and never held back on clear feedback. And he never let us doubt how much we meant to him. To this day, he is the very definition of tough love for me.» That image of leadership still shapes her work today.
As Senior Speaker and Partner at JENEWEIN, Dr Katharina Rege works with international corporations at top-management level – on strategic transformations, culture projects and the development of high-performance teams. With a doctorate from HEC Lausanne, certified as an Executive Coach by INSEAD, and lecturing at the University of St Gallen, Katharina combines scientific depth with a feel for what truly matters in organisations.
Her keynotes and workshops are consistently rated top by participants – not despite her directness, but because of it. She creates spaces in which trust grows and clarity emerges. And she knows: real change begins where someone refuses to stop believing that more is possible.
