Partner & Speaker at JENEWEIN
«It’s not the crisis that determines performance – it’s the leader’s response to it.»
Dr. Arseny Thumb von Neuburg, Partner & Speaker at JENEWEIN
Dr Arseny Thumb von Neuburg combines scientific depth with genuine hands-on experience. Trained at Harvard University and the University of St Gallen, he has been working with leaders on questions of performance, collaboration and change for over a decade.
He has been shaped not only by his work in business and consulting, but also by elite sport: as a multiple world champion in Irish dance, he knows what it takes to perform at a high level over the long term – and how decisive it is for someone to believe in your potential before you believe in it yourself.
His work is built on clear, actionable approaches. He creates settings in which leaders not only reflect but try things out – sometimes in unfamiliar ways. His goal is always the same: to reach people in a way that moves them into action and makes collaboration noticeably better.
