Matthias Krüger
Matthias Krüger is a researcher and coach in the team of Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Jenewein. He accompanies and advises companies and individuals in the areas of leadership, collaboration and cultural transformation.
His focus is on the further development of leadership culture and the organizational anchoring of transformation processes.
His research background comes from the digital world of work and stems from the question of how companies can establish a high-performance culture in virtual collaboration as well.
Matthias holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen. After completing his studies, he worked for a global management consulting firm advising clients in the automotive, aviation and finance industries.
In his free time, Matthias is passionate about sports, preferably outdoors with friends and family. He is married and father of a son.
