She holds a PhD in Management from HEC Lausanne and teaches in various executive programs at the University of St. Gallen and the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
At the same time, Katharina enhanced her theoretical knowledge by completing a training as a certified executive coach at INSEAD, enabling her to provide the best possible professional and practical support to companies and executives.
Over the past years, Katharina has supported more than 40 companies in the areas of leadership and organizational development.
