Dr. Jonas Hennig
Dr. Jonas Hennig is a researcher, lecturer, and consultant in the JENEWEIN team. He completed his education at the Technical University of Munich, where he earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees with a focus on Technology Management and Business Innovation. He subsequently completed his PhD at the University of St. Gallen on the topic of modelling and analysing cultural norms and incentives and their impact on decision-making in organizational contexts.

Before joining JENEWEIN, he gained valuable experience in strategy roles at the BMW Group and Airbus SE, which provided him with insight into large corporate organizations. He also contributed to the development and establishment of Landpack GmbH, where he gained perspectives from the viewpoint of a young company. During his time at JENEWEIN, he has been responsible for organizational development projects with globally operating companies across various industries.
