Dr. Jonas Hennig
Dr. Jonas Hennig is a researcher and lecturer in the team of Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Jenewein. In this role, he supports and advises established organizations on the topics of leadership, collaboration and cultural change. He is also responsible for the development of innovative training approaches using AR/VR and AI as well as models for the effectivity assessment of leadership and cultural development programs.
Jonas brings his experience from strategy work at the BMW Group and Airbus SE to his work at JENEWEIN. He was also significantly involved in the development and establishment of Landpack GmbH. He gained his academic education at the Technical University of Munich, Seoul National University and University of St. Gallen with a focus on technology management and business innovation.
