DR. CHRISTIAN LANG
Dr. Christian Lang is a Senior Speaker at JENEWEIN and also serves as a lecturer and Program Director for Sports Management at the University of St. Gallen.
Among other roles, he serves as the academic director of the CAS in Sports Management, an executive education program designed for former elite athletes, managers from sports organizations, and sports-oriented leaders from the business world.
In his research and teaching, the Swiss-born scholar primarily focuses on topics such as self-management, leadership, culture, collaboration, and motivation. Christian advises and coaches international companies and works with various high-performance teams as well as elite athletes in professional sports.
In autumn 2025, he received the “Best Speaker” award in the renowned Change & Innovation Management Executive Program at the University of St. Gallen.
Dr. Christian Lang earned his PhD at the University of St. Gallen and is a trained business educator from HSG.
